In general, I'm satisfied with the service I received. Definitely a very professional customer support, which resolved all of the issues, and simply was there for me.
BUT, had the web site and web service be of higher quality, no customer support would be needed in the first place!
First of all, after I clicked on Wire payment method and worked hard to make the wire transfer, in 2 days I received mail indicating that I apparently had not chosen the payment method. That, having a screenshot of the situation after clicking the wire transfer and seeing all the wire details.
Next, after the transaction got cancelled due to business reasons, there was no visibility as to what happens to quite a large amount of money I transferred to the service.
Only by chatting to the support, could I know that it takes an additional effort to refund me and that it would take days to make all the paperwork and indeed wire it back. Again, no visibility whatsoever on the website, requiring me to constantly worry and be in contact with the customer support daily for many days.
I wish a modern website be more ready for such sensitive operations. Otherwise, all ended nice, thank you!
